Since entering real estate in 2004, Joel Moss has been positively changing the perception of real estate brokers one client at a time. Her superior service, broad market knowledge, hard work ethic and genuine dedication have earned her high respect in the industry, making her a continually sought after broker by NYC buyers, sellers, investors and developers alike.
Specializing in new developments and resales, Joel boasts a successful track record of fulfilling clients' needs and negotiating smooth transactions. She is extremely empathetic, intelligent, and tenacious when it counts. As an Accredited Staging Professional, Joel brings a distinct advantage to the sale process by showcasing every one of her listings in the best possible light to optimize appeal and command higher prices.
Throughout her career, Joel has worked with clients from all over the world and facilitated the sale of new developments, co-ops, condos, townhouses and apartment buildings spanning across NYC from Prospect Heights, Brooklyn to Upper Manhattan. In 2012 she was instrumental in the successful sell out of the Carriage House Condominiums, has served as sales director for the Crillon Court condominium conversion since 2009, and recently stepped in as sales director for the Kheel Tower Condominiums in Chelsea.
A Manhattan resident for more than 16 years, Joel has enjoyed living in various parts of NYC including Brooklyn, Greenwich Village, the Lower East Side, Midtown and Harlem. Two years ago, she relocated to vibrant Bed Stuy, Brooklyn.
Prior to selling real estate, Joel owned and operated a vegetarian cafe and book store in her hometown Atlanta, Georgia honing her sharp business, marketing and organizational skills. Personally, she enjoys yoga, surfing, gardening and spending time with her family in the Catskills.
