Native New Yorker Gill Chowdhury lives and breathes Manhattan Real Estate. Having started his career at just 20 years old, Gill has quickly climbed through the ranks of the highly competitive industry to become one of the city's top brokers, and was most recently ranked amongst Warburg Realty’s Top 10 Producers firm-wide in 2019. Key to Gill's success has been his focus on top notch customer service. Regardless of price point, Gill treats all of his clients with the same level of dedication and professionalism ensuring that each and every person he interacts with walks away completely satisfied with having done their transaction with Gill.
His clients have had this to say about him:
"We spoke with over 15 brokers and met with many of them, but Gill was by far the best broker of them all."
"He suggested that we would receive more money than we thought…. Although we were doubtful, we agreed to list the apartment at the price he suggested. We sold our apartment after the first open house … considerably above ask!"
"Gill was the only agent we worked with who explained what we could do to improve our serach and bidding strategy and shared detailed information on what would make our search more productive."
"The deal closure process in my situation was fairly length and complex driven by personal issues. Gill provided invaluable. He supported me in finding a lender and an attorney, helped find solutions along the way, went for visits when I was unavailable, and answered any question I had even during the weekend. He demonstrated great patience, remained calm, and understanding at all times, and helped relieve a lot of the pressure."
Having studied entrepreneurship at Baruch College, Gill started his career in real estate before finishing graduation. Desiring to seize the moment Gill elected to work in real estate full time while simultaneously studying full time. His education has provided instrumental in his success. From helping him make decisions on how to structure his business to being able to advise clients on investment and financial components of the process, the value Gill offers highly differentiates him from other agents in the market.
In his spare time Gill is involved with the charity "IMentor" which is a 4 year mentorship program designed to help a high school student transition into college. For fun Gill enjoys sport including tennis, skiing, ping pong, and more. He is also highly interested in developing applications and hopes to establish his own charity in the future.
