David is a well-known real estate expert who has been in the industry for over the last decade and is the epitome of a hybrid broker. David works throughout all five boroughs and the greater NYC metro area including Westchester, The Hudson Valley, The Catskills, Long Island and The Hamptons, as well as across the country. Recognizing that the real estate industry is now more intricately connected on a global scale than ever before, via the advent of social media and AI, David utilizes this to market properties not just locally but across the entire world.

Having grown up in the industry, David's parents are investors in the north Brooklyn neighborhood of Greenpoint. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Warburg, he worked at Douglas Elliman and Nest Seekers International. While at Douglas Elliman, he was granted the distinction of being the youngest person in company history to receive the Rookie of the Year for Brooklyn agents award. As the founder of The Soko Team, David is a distinguished real estate broker who works with and represents many developers, investors, hedge funds, REITS, high net worth individuals, celebrities, athletes and foreign nationals. He has an intricate knowledge and innate ability of locating and marketing superb properties.

Prior to entering real estate, David studied civil engineering and construction management at the best engineering school in the city - Polytechnic Institute of NYU. His diverse experience has given him the opportunity to forge a wealth of contacts that include architects, civil engineers, construction managers, contractors and developers alike. David's diverse expertise runs the gamut helping countless clients acquire and sell all types of properties from condos and co-ops, townhomes, single family estates, ranches, farms and vacant land to mixed-use and multi-family buildings, industrial properties, development sites and NNN leased assets. He has also helped developers oversee their projects from the concept and design phase until sell out completion. He understands the inner workings of the industry having rented apartments and cared for large buildings' finances, ensuring completion of repairs in the most cost-efficient and timely manner. David has built long-lasting relationships with many of the finest developers, landlords and investors. David knows that whether helping someone find an apartment to buy or rent or facilitating the sale of a property, the client's needs, demands and desires must always come first. He is therefore highly attentive to each individual's unique situations. David stays on top of all transactions and as such responds quickly to his client's demands.

An alumnus of the renowned Xavier High School in Chelsea, David has had the pleasure of working with many of Xavier's notable alumni. When not working, David enjoys working out at F45, spending time with his dog, Bimmer, finding the perfect NYC pizza slice, going upstate, traveling and motorsport racing on tracks across the country.
