Times Square is often called “the Crossroads of the World.” The same nickname can be applied to Midtown West and Hell’s Kitchen. Times Square, the Theater District, Rockefeller Center, and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center are among the area’s landmarks that draw visitors not just from other parts of the city but also from around the world.
Beyond these obvious attractions, however, are many more lesser-known ones that make the neighborhoods so appealing to live in. Peaceful parks, including the Hudson River Greenway, complement glamorous restaurants and nightspots. One-of-a-kind shops are just steps away from world-renowned retailers. Small specialty venues make theater and concerts accessible to those who shy away from the neon lights of Broadway. Whoever said you can’t have it all clearly never visited Midtown West and Hell’s Kitchen.
