Historically home to industrial warehouses, Tribeca is a neighborhood well-known for architecturally impressive buildings with an industrial-meets-classic style. With an abundance of art galleries, shops, bars and restaurants, it’s no wonder why this tight-knit neighborhood is a highly sought-after place to call home. To present day in Tribeca in 2021, there have been 392 closed sales, with 4% priced under $1M, 36% priced between $1-3M, 49% priced between $3-8M, 5% priced between $8-12M, and the remaining 6% priced over $12M.

 

The RLS reports 149 currently active listings on the market, of which 1% are listed below $1 million, 20% are listed between $1 – $3 million, 56% are listed between $3 – $8 million, 9% are listed between $8-$12 million, and 14% listed above $12 million.  The median asking price in the Tribeca area range from $4.43 million for co-ops, $5.1 million for condos, and $28.5 million for townhomes in the area.
