Mann Report Residential
Warburg Realty®, one of Manhattan’s oldest and most respected residential real estate companies, is proud to announce that every condominium residence at the Carriage House, a luxury building located at 159 West 24th Street in the sought-after Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea, is now closed or under contract.
The sales team of Joél Moss and Sales Director Jocelyn G. Turken successfully sold out the entire 24-unit condominium property in just over one year. Despite inherent challenges, the Warburg team was able to not only meet but exceed each of the sales milestones set forth by the property’s developer, Broad Mill Development Group. End-loan financing was provided by Citibank.
“We are proud to recognize the completion of sales at the Carriage House, a beautifully restored building with a great location,” commented Frederick W. Peters, president of Warburg Realty. “The dynamic combination of beautiful units and an imaginative marketing strategy executed by Jocelyn and Joél led to a quick turnaround for all 24-units. It’s an exceptional achievement in this environment.”
The average unit sale price for the Carriage House was $1,255 per square-foot with the building’s penthouses selling between $1,700 and $1,900 per square-foot (not including outdoor space).
