She reassured me when I was unsure and made sure that my decisions aligned with my original goals (cutting out the unnecessary noise) We talked through questions to ask professionals so that I had full clarity on certain subjects and strongly encouraged / coached me to negotiate for what I wanted I completed the home buying process feeling like the negotiations were fair and that was mainly due to Karen’s coaching and diligence.
