Within a year of starting in the business, Camille Duvall was honored by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) for “Deal of the Year,” applauding her perseverance and sharp negotiating skills in a complex transaction. In 2015, after a decade as a top broker at Warburg, Camille was appointed Sales Director for the firm’s new office in the Flatiron District. In her freshman year of the position, her office produced 3 of the top 10 brokers throughout the
company. She herself was ranked #4 on the list.
In 2018, Camille further solidified her position in the upper echelons of NYC real estate by being selected as Co-Chair of the Residential Ethics Committee of REBNY, on the heels of being named one of the three new inductees for 2016. She also serves on the Executive Board of New York Residential Specialists (NYRS), the residential educational certification body of REBNY.
Prior to her career in real estate, Camille was a professional water skier, earning 5 World Champion titles, a #1 international ranking for 10 years, and an induction to the Water Ski Hall of Fame, which led to her being named one of the “100 Greatest Athletes of the Century” by Sports Illustrated. After her skiing career, Camille was a sought-after broadcast journalist with ESPN, Fox Sports, and Outdoor Life Network. Camille has lived in Manhattan for 30 years and raised her two children Alexander and Gabrielle in the city.

It’s rare that I’ve been so moved to write a letter to the President of any institution though I had to share with you the wonderful experience that we had recently with your company. For nearly a year, my fiancé and I have been looking for our first home together and had our sights on the Upper West Side, we lived in a rental for several years though we really wanted to find our first permanent home and we had a very set idea of what we truly wanted.
