Josh began his real estate career on a top team at a large brokerage firm, first as an executive assistant, with responsibilities including overseeing social media, creating branded content, and working on the lead agent’s podcast. In this role, Josh had the opportunity to showcase and expand his marketing and media expertise, which he continued after becoming licensed in 2022. These skills have earned him praise from clients, who value the importance of creative marketing strategies and social media influence in reaching modern buying audiences.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Josh led brand partnerships and events for Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand, Goop, and worked with sportswear designer Cynthia Rowley on her podcast, Ageless. Raised in New York City, Josh graduated from the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Studies from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. His broad knowledge of the city gives clients yet another edge.

Josh has a passion for music and released a single, Built Me, in 2022, along with some more recent songs. He loves to sing and write music in his free time and currently makes home in TriBeca.
