The Financial District and Battery Park are paradise for shoppers, thanks to their two sparkling malls. Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Zegna are among the luxury brands with shops at Brookfield Place. This mall is also home to a towering glass-and-marble atrium that houses 16 palm trees. Even larger is Westfield World Trade Center, which connects to the Oculus PATH station, aka the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Shops at Westfield include Breitling, Charles Tyrwhitt, John Varvatos, Longines, and Reiss. Don’t limited yourself to the malls, however. Independent shops are scattered throughout FiDi and Battery Park.

Mûre+Grand
The New York brand, which has shops in Little Italy and Midtown as well as in the Seaport, sells clothing, jewelry, and accessories for young-at-heart women who like to keep up with trends but aren’t slaves to them. Hoodies with New York-centric illustrations, organza baby-doll dresses, whimsical beaded anklets and bracelets, and cat’s-eye sunglasses are among the items that make it impossible to leave the shop empty-handed.

Pasanella and Son Vintners
Also in the Seaport is this wine and spirits shop, which attracts oenophiles from throughout the city. It’s not just the personally curated assortment of beverages, drinkware, and related accoutrements that has made Pasanella and Son a cult favorite. It’s also the weekly wine tastings in its tasting room and private garden.
New York Transit Museum Store
Though the museum itself is located in Brooklyn, at the affiliated shop in FiDi you can buy just about anything related to the New York subway and bus systems, Metro-North, and the LIRR. Tea towels with the MTA logo, limited-edition diecast models of city buses from the 1970s, salt and pepper shakers decorated with subway maps, ties displaying with the star map that adorns Grand Central Terminal, onesies and T-shirts with your choice of subway line logo… You don’t have to be a commuter to find something you’ll love here.

Martin Busch Jewelers
Now managed by the great-niece of the titular Martin Busch, this store has been in FiDi since 1954. Not only does the shop offer a trove of new and vintage jewelry, including engagement rings and wedding bands, but its designers will work with you to create a bespoke piece using your own gemstones or stones that they’ll source for you.
Midtown Comics
Despite its name, this purveyor of comic books, graphic novels, action figures, and collectibles has a well-stocked shop in FiDi. The store takes preorders, hosts signings, and offers flash deals to keep you coming back—not that manga mavens and Funko fans need much encouragement anyway!
