In a comprehensive program presented to residents, Wallack Management has identified Warburg Realty as their strategic sales partner. This program grew out of an unmet need in which board members and unit owners in properties Wallack manages regularly request advice when putting their apartments up for sale. Warburg is a brokerage company that shares Wallack’s values and commitment to integrity and client relationships.
The program has been structured to offer tangible value to shareholders and unit owners. Each building has been assigned an expert advisor or team dedicated to that location. These Warburg agents maintain a differentiated level of building and neighborhood knowledge and work closely with Wallack Management to optimize sales values in the building. To launch the partnership, Warburg prepared and presented a comprehensive analysis specific to each building identifying its position within the marketplace and how to effectively manage and maximize sales value.
