PRICE SEGMENT PERFORMANCE
Thus far, in 2018, there have been 74 closed sales transactions in Brooklyn Heights. Of these, over 64% were priced below $1 million, with over 29% priced between $1 million and $3 million – the remainder of closed sales were in the $3 to $8 million range. The RLS currently reports 126 active listings currently on the market, of which 26% are listed below $1 million, 33% are listed between $1 & $3 million, 35% are listed between $3 & $8 million. Of the remaining 6%, 5% are listed between $8 and $2 million, and 1% are listed above $12 million.

It is worth noting that the median asking prices for current listings are above the median closed sales prices across all relevant price segments.
