As a long-time Manhattan resident, both living and working in the real estate industry here for more than 30 years, Harriet has an extensive list of successful deals from Greenwich Village to Tribeca, and from the Upper East and West Sides. Her hundreds of buyers and sellers are secure to know they have a broker who thoroughly understands the current market, and upon whom they can rely for honest and sound advice.
Harriet was given Warburg’s prestigious Top Producing Broker recognition in 2009, and has consistently ranked amongst the firm’s Top 10 performers. A fierce negotiator with a hallmark combination of determination, diligence and professionalism, Harriet works tirelessly to see each transaction through to a successful outcome.
Despite financial market woes, Harriet successfully closed on the largest sale south of Columbus Circle in 2008 for a $30 million glass penthouse at 145 Hudson Street. The property was the first of its kind to be built and sold in the Tribeca neighborhood. She is also responsible for sales in many of the City’s finest buildings including The San Remo, The Beresford, 778 Park Avenue, 45 Gramercy Park North, Stella Tower, the iconic Walker Tower, and recently in Harlem at 1890 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd.
Harriet has worked closely with her associate, Nealy Erber, for over 15 years. As a team of two, they provide availability, accessibility, and the management support their clients need throughout the transaction process.
Harriet takes great pride in all of her transactions, no deal is too big or too small. A true testament to Harriet’s success and business ethic are the countless referrals and repeat customers she is so fortunate to work with. She has also had the wonderful opportunity to help generations of families find their new homes.
Growing up in Utica, New York, Harriet always dreamt of living in New York City. Having worked and lived in Manhattan for over 30 years with her husband where they also raised their daughter, who currently lives in Tribeca. Harriet considers herself very lucky to have a job that she loves and one that allows her to assist others in finding their own dream home in New York.
