When it comes to real estate, George Case is your lifelong partner. His goal is a relationship, not a transaction. Obsessed with real estate and design, but more importantly, with fulfilling his clients' needs, George has up-to-the-minute knowledge of what's on the market as well as insight into the latest fluctuations and trends, both in real estate and home design. He has also been in his clients' shoes many times having enjoyed several homes in Manhattan's East Village, Upper East Side, Meatpacking District, and Brooklyn's Clinton Hill, as well as antique homes in New Hamphire, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
"My relationships with clients are built upon honesty, a passion for what I do, and empathy," George’s says. "I understand what my client is going through." Originally from upstate New York, George grew up between New York and Virginia. He completed undergraduate studies in Virginia and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, majoring in English and Textile Design.
As a former Director of Visual Merchandising and longtime antique dealer, George has a passion for design, decor, and home staging. He also has a talent for finding that marriage between a client and a product. "My role is to educate clients and assess their needs," he states. "Whether it's finding my client their dream home or staging their home for sale, I use my aesthetic sense to help determine market and living potential."
George has joined forces with Jeanne Byers, forming Case + Byers. Combining his talent for staging with Jeanne’s expertise in creating marketing and branding strategies for their clients, Case + Byers delivers a bespoke selling program that is unique in the New York market.
