About Dan Ragone

Dan Ragone is a results-oriented executive with a proven track record in management & sales. Following a successful career in advertising, media and publishing with executive positions at many of the world’s top publications (including Allure, Elle, Elle Décor and Interview Magazine) Dan now brings his client-focused approach, keen interior design eye and innate understanding of business to Coldwell Banker Warburg in his new role representing buyers and sellers of luxury New York City real estate.

Dan's is no novice to real estate investments. Thanks to his own personal experiences, he was fortunate to be able to acquire, renovatine, decorate and selling his own Manhattan co-op apartments plus homes in Southampton and Hudson, NY.

Dan grew up in Miami, Florida, and graduated college from The Florida State University, but has called New York City his home for the past thirty years. He has lived in both uptown and downtown Manhattan neighborhoods and currently resides in lower Manhattan. Determined and driven, with unassailable integrity and a natural penchant for negotiation, Dan is personable, respected and fun to be around. He’s an animal lover, collects contemporary art, photography, and midcentury furniture.
