His clients will tell you that Charlie’s success is only matched by his charismatic personality, which helps make the process as easy and enjoyable as the pride they feel when the deal is done.
Charlie Lewis, an Associate Broker and Senior Managing Director of leading luxury residential real estate firm Warburg Realty, knows how to move up and into new spaces with style and power. He has been branded a “lifestyle real estate agent” who is on a mission to educate and positively change the landscape of people’s lives, with the goal of making sure they love the way they live. This is at the heart of what Charlie does, as he helps his clients navigate the real estate market and find a place they feel at home.
Through his website and social media channels, Charlie provides a destination for all New Yorkers — buyers, sellers, developers and residents — to go to for resources that help them love the way they live.
If he seems familiar to you, it’s because you have likely seen Charlie demonstrating his real estate prowess on TV or the pages of your newspaper and magazines. He has been featured on HGTV’s Selling New York, New York’s WABC Evening News as well as The New York Times, New York Post, Wall Street Journal and Essence Magazine. His background is extensive, having worked in sales for The Corcoran Group and as a Salesperson/Managing Director for Citi-Habitats, where he gained deep and intuitive knowledge of Downtown, Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan.
Before starting his real estate career, Charlie broke barriers and made lasting impressions for big brands as a Marketer for more than 11 years. He created campaigns for companies many know and trust like Pontiac/GMC, Morgan Stanley, FedEx, American Express and Cushman and Wakefield, to name a few. With that experience, Charlie brings just the right mix of marketing savvy, client service and big impact to every listing. His clients will tell you that Charlie’s success is only matched by his charismatic personality, which helps make the process as easy and enjoyable as the pride they feel when the deal is done.
Charlie works with buyers and sellers to find the right neighborhood and negotiate the best possible deals. He is currently the exclusive Marketing Director for three developments: 710 Riverside Drive, 305 West 150th Street and 42 West 120th Street, with 742 St. Nicholas Avenue slated to commence sales in the fall of 2015.
710 Riverside Drive is a jazz-age gem located in historic Hamilton Heights. An Art Deco lighted canopy welcomes you at curbside. The richly appointed lobby is awash in elegance. Both, however, are mere preludes to the main event: sprawling pre-war condominiums, completely renovated with luxuriously classic fixtures and finishes that beg to be called home. Add to that an amenity package that rivals the best of new construction — an owner’s lounge with fitness center and kids room, outdoor seating area, bike room, private storage and a sky terrace with magnificent Hudson River views.
305 West 150th Street is a seven-story prewar elevator building that offers elegant one-bedroom apartments. The thoughtfully renovated residences feature high ceilings, solid oak flooring, Caesarstone counter tops, open kitchens with under cabinet lighting and elegant stainless steel appliances. Sitting directly in front of Jackie Robinson Park, this condo conversion is the very essence of vintage and modern.
The Park Place Condominium at 42 West 120th Street is a rare gem situated directly on Marcus Garvey Park. The elegant prewar building served as a premier hotel in Harlem from 1920 through 1937. Today, it has been transformed into studio, one- and two-bedroom homes, detailed in a classic white on white palette complete with crown moldings, recessed panel doors, marble baths and chef’s kitchens set off by stainless steel. Building amenities include a fitness room, outdoor mezzanine patio, on-site storage, bicycle storage and laundry.
