Warburg Realty®, one of Manhattan’s leading residential real estate companies, is looking to open its first Brooklyn office in 2014, announced Frederick Warburg Peters, president of Warburg Realty. The firm has also begun the redesign of its Tribeca office to accommodate a growing sales force.
“The company has had a terrific year, and we anticipate even better in 2014. We are particularly excited that half of our top ten agents are young people selling in the city’s non-traditional neighborhoods,” Peters stated at the firm’s recent companywide quarterly meeting.
“We achieved a number of successes over the last quarter including the launch of our new app ‘Warburg Mobile,’ offering a host of new features that provide users with up-to-the-minute information on the firm’s exclusive listings and neighborhoods around the city; and a new partnership with Manhattan Sideways, an informative and entertaining website that explores the treasures of Manhattan’s side streets while promoting small businesses.”
During the quarterly meeting, Peters also welcomed a number of new agents to the firm including Amber Cleary, Heather Mashburn, Stephen Ruben, Thomas Rozboril, Judy Bauer, Tatiana Petersen, Nicole Dreyfuss, Amy Fromer and Karen Kostiw.
