New York, NY – Warburg Realty Partnership, one of New York’s oldest and most respected residential brokerage firms, held their annual awards ceremony during the firm’s holiday gathering on December 6th at Session 73 in Manhattan. Frederick W. Peters, president of Warburg Realty Partnership, presented awards to 10 agents based on merit and performance demonstrated throughout the year.
“The continued success of Warburg Realty is a direct result of the outstanding efforts our agents give to each and every client,” said Peters. “At the end of the year we take time out to recognize the success and achievements of our top producers. On behalf of the entire firm, we congratulate all of our brokers, and our 2011 award recipients.”
Richard Steinberg, executive managing director, was honored with the year’s most prestigious award, the Warburg Realty Company-Wide Top Sales 2011. Executive Managing Director Robert Schulman was recognized as the second highest producer in sales volume for 2011.
In addition to Richard and Robert’s company wide achievements, the 969 Madison office recognized Judi Lederer, Jane Andrews and Amanda Brainerd as the highest earners for this location. Miles Chapin was honored as the top producing broker from Warburg’s East Side Gallery office, with Dorothy Schrager in second place. Deborah Lupard was named top producer from the firm’s TriBeCa office, followed by Herbert Chou.
