Warburg Realty announced that top-producing broker Camille Duvall-Hero has been named director of sales for the firm’s soon-to-launch Flatiron office.
A top broker at Warburg Realty for over 12 years, Camille will bring her talents and experience to this new leadership role as she heads the firm’s new 50-agent office.
Named one of the 100 Greatest Female Athletes of the Century by Sports Illustrated, Duvall-Hero is a five-time World Champion and Hall of Fame water-skier.
Within a year of her entry into the real estate industry, she was honored by the Real Estate Board of New York for the Deal of the Year award.
Located at 18 West 21st Street, Warburg’s Flatiron office expands the firm’s Manhattan footprint in a location intersecting the Flatiron District and Chelsea.
The soon-to-open 5,000 square foot space features collaborative work spaces inspired by the creative and tech industries.
Also joining the Flatiron office are David Salvatore, a former agent at TOWN Residential, and James C. McDonough, who recently brokered the $14.7 million sale of Leonard Stern’s Soho penthouse and whose current listings include a four-bedroom, $7.995 million penthouse at 101 Leonard Street.
