Steven O. Goldschmidt
Real Estate Professional
Licensed Assoc. Real Estate Broker
Steve Goldschmidt is a lifelong New Yorker and 40-year real estate veteran with an encyclopedic understanding of the market and the city's uniquely diverse neighborhoods.

After joining Warburg in 2001, Steve quickly became a top broker (past Rookie of the Year and Top Ten Agent) and continues to serve a discerning clientele of buyers and sellers. He has been instrumental in facilitating the acquisition, sale, leasing, conversion, and management of many of Manhattan’s elite luxury properties,

Steve's knowledge and experience led to his invitation to join Warburg’s management team in 2005. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Sales, and also oversees the firm’s representation of numerous high-end developers around Manhattan.

Highly respected by clients and peers for his keen intelligence and breadth of knowledge, Steve actively shares his expertise in various volunteer positions with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) – as a current co-Chair of its New Development Committee and a member of the REBNY Member In Need and Ethics Committees, as a past co-Chair of REBNY’s RLS multiple listing system, past co-Chair of REBNY Residential Sales Council, and as a founding member of the Board of REBNY’s prestigious NYRS Master’s program. In 2018, Steve received the Henry Forster Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor the REBNY Residential Division can bestow.

Steve is a longtime member of his Upper West Side Co-op’s Board of Directors. His belief in community service extends beyond the world of New York real estate - he is a founding member of the Board of Directors of Intercare Foundation, a charitable organization that provides financial scholarship support and educational programs for individuals and families seeking to recover from alcohol and substance abuse. He is also an active supporter of the Williamstown Theater Festival and Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival.
