Aaron Tetzlaff, also known as Aaron Stoddard-Tetzlaff, is originally from Madison, Wisconsin. He earned his B.Arch degree from the Boston Architectural College in Boston's historic Back Bay neighborhood. Aaron began his career in Historic Preservation, working first on high profile National Historic Landmark projects, later transitioning to commercial and workplace interiors, high-end residential, and high-rise design and development projects throughout Manhattan. With over 14 years of experience in architecture, design, development, and construction, he has held roles such as Senior Designer and Project Manager, collaborating with various professionals, and vendors to guide design projects from the initial planning stages to project completion, and owner occupancy.

Aaron's transition to real estate was a natural progression. Having worked closely with real estate brokers and developer clients, he found a strong alignment with the investment-minded perspective of real estate professionals. His extensive background in design and construction uniquely positions him to uncover the true value and potential of properties, making him a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers. Aaron is known for his hardworking and driven nature, excelling in collaboration and negotiation to achieve his clients' goals.

Since 2016, Aaron has lived in North Brooklyn, appreciating the historic brownstones, large backyards, friendly neighbors, and quick access to Long Island, and points north. His ability to assess properties thoroughly and honestly helps clients make informed decisions, whether buying or selling. Fluent in English and learning Italian and German, Aaron is praised for his respectful, pragmatic, and genuine approach.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys gardening, watercolor, and exploring new scenic destinations from Long Island, to the Hudson River Valley, and New England. Aaron has volunteered extensively for the Trustees of the Reservations ? a New England-based preservation trust of historic properties; and has been a member of the Newport Preservation Society, as well as the Metropolitan Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Society, and various architectural non-profits. Aaron's guiding principle is to be authentic and genuine, striving to find actionable solutions and make the real estate process enjoyable and successful for everyone involved.
