After practicing architecture in New York City at renowned firms such as KPF and Renzo Piano Workshop in Paris, Ha Lim discovered her true calling in real estate when she purchased her own co-op apartment. Since then, she has collaborated with marketing teams to successfully sell upscale condominiums in New York City and New Jersey.

In 2010, Ha Lim embarked on a 12-year residency in Hong Kong, where she obtained her real estate license and diligently served the real estate needs of expatriate and Chinese clientele. Expanding her international reach, Ha Lim played a key role in facilitating high-end developments in Hokkaido, Japan, working with elite Asian clientele. This venture enabled her to draw upon her versatile skills as a project manager, architect, and real estate agent, demonstrating her multifaceted expertise in the industry. Now reconnecting with her roots in New York and New Jersey, Ha Lim eagerly shares her local expertise and passion to help clients discover their dream homes.
