About Jarrod Duncan

With extensive experience on both sides of the real estate transaction process, Jarrod Duncan is well-equipped to relate to his clients and understand what matters most to them in their quest for the perfect home. His background in financing a wide variety of deals—from single-family residences to large U.S. commercial buildings—combined with his personal experiences in buying and selling properties, has enabled him to connect with clients on a deeper level as he understands the stresses that accompany the homebuying and selling processes. By actively listening to his clients and gaining a complete understanding of their wants and needs, Jarrod can present them with the best options that fit within their budget and preferred neighborhoods.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Warburg, Jarrod worked in commercial banking. Starting in the industry in 2003, he has served as a commercial lender for the past 13 years and has also been a licensed agent in Tennessee since 2012. His journey into real estate investing began after learning from his clients as a banker, and after relocating to NYC, he decided to focus exclusively on real estate.

Born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee, Jarrod obtained his undergraduate degree at Austin Peay State University. He now resides in Soho and enjoys CrossFit, playing golf, and managing his investment properties in Tennessee during his leisure time.
