Testimonials

8.1.23
Testimonial from Sara & Daniel

Jeremy helped us find our first home and we couldn’t have imagined a better person for the job. From the first day we met Jeremy, he immediately alleviated our concerns, helping us navigate the complicated world of New York City co-ops. From joining us on each apartment visit and advocating on our behalf, to proofreading every word of our co-op board application (which included twelve letters of recommendation), Jeremy was there every step of the way. We couldn’t be more grateful.

6.21.23
Testimonial from Dr. Dang & Justin Zhao

Having Jeremy as our broker has been absolutely amazing. We were first time buyers in the NYC area and Jeremy made us feel secure and adequately informed, making it known that there were no dumb questions and that he would be with us every step of the way. From understanding the nuances of new developments and resales to the various intricacies of how property purchasing happens in NYC, Jeremy walked us through each step with the upmost clarity. He is quick to adapt to his client’s preferences and easily makes them feel at ease during a process that can at times be very stressful. His willingness to help goes far beyond the closing table as well. Jeremy has been an extremely reliable individual when it came to finding contractors for apartment construction and window treatments. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Jeremy as a broker and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

6.21.22
Testimonial from Daniel G. and Chelsea C.

Jeremy is what everyone dreams of in a broker: he stays laser-focused on his clients’ needs, and tailors his approach to ensure his clients are continuously comfortable–all without being overly pushy or rushing toward a deal. He is a steadfast collaborator throughout the process, such that it truly feels as if he’s investing in the property alongside his clients. While we were searching for our first home, Jeremy was both admirably patient as we asked endless questions, and remarkably thorough in anticipating and walking us through facets of the process we were unsure of. Further, Jeremy has innate ownership and jumps–often at a moment’s notice–to insulate numerous gaps that undoubtedly occur during the home search and buying processes. We absolutely love our new home, but if and when the time comes to find something different, we’ll be reaching back out to Jeremy in a heartbeat.

5.20.22
Testimonial from Melissa Meshulam

My apartment was on the market for two-plus years with two other brokers, and then Jeremy came along and sold it in a week… There’s nobody better in the game than Jeremy Kamm. He’s punctual, reliable, and consistently proves that he always has his client’s best interests at heart. His sheer willingness, drive, and passion made me feel confident that he was going to be the right guy for the job. And he was! Selling your home can be an extremely emotional process; Jeremy was there for me not only as my broker but also as my friend.

3.16.22
Testimonial from James Benasuli:

I had a great experience working with Jeremy. His affable and outgoing nature made our search a fun process from the start. His deep understanding of NYC’s different neighborhoods and knowledge of specific buildings in each allowed him to quickly generate great leads. In just a few weeks, we’d found the perfect apartment as well as a backup option down the street. Jeremy’s strategic considerations on making an offer were spot-on and helped avoid a potentially deal-ruining bidding war. Jeremy’s expert guidance did not end once our offer was accepted, as he immediately began quarterbacking the board package process. His resources and insights made the daunting board package process a breeze and helped ensure everything was in order for closing. I cannot speak highly enough about Jeremy and will definitely be calling him first the next time I decide to move.

3.3.22
Testimonials from Stephanie Dontas & Virgil Doyle

Jeremy was fantastic throughout our entire home search process. We were first time home buyers and needed a little extra attention – he has such patience and you can tell he really cares that you end up in your dream home. What we found most comforting was his honesty. He took the time to ask us enough questions to understand what we were truly looking for, and when we weren’t in the right apartment he was very willing to move on to the next one. When we were in an apartment that had potential, he was very open about the pros and the cons. Once we decided to move forward with something, he was there every step of the way. He made the process fun and simple. We never would have found our apartment without him. He is the best of the best!”

3.2.22
Testimonial from Nancy E. Cooley

Jeremy is great to work with! As we were venturing out of our neighborhood, we were looking for someone who would comb through the myriad of listings and map out the differences between the various neighborhoods and buildings.  He is a good listener, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He made the task and process fun while providing the guidance and support we needed.

2.1.22
Testimonials from Jacqueline Sapoznik & Zack Charles

The strongest testament to my trust in Jeremy as a real estate agent is that we referred Jeremy to my in-laws. I generally refrain from giving any referrals out of fear of guiding someone in the wrong direction, let alone to my in-laws. But after our experience with Jeremy and the care he took with us as first-time home buyers (even crossing state lines to help us compile our board package), I was confident he was the right fit for them. I continue to enthusiastically refer Jeremy to anyone who needs help with their real estate needs! He cares about his clients and knows how to guide you through the process of buying a home.
