As of January 2024, Kevelyn is the Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Warburg. Kevelyn’s career has been marked by her unwavering commitment to inspiring agents and companies to achieve their fullest potential. As a native New Yorker, her strategic vision, talent, and charisma have made her a beloved and respected figure at Coldwell Banker Warburg since she joined in 2007.
In her role as the COO of Coldwell Banker Warburg, Kevelyn oversees all internal functions within the company, ranging from managing a staff of 25 employees and over 100 agents across two offices to handling accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, business systems, human resources, contract administration, office operations, and corporate marketing.
Throughout her tenure, Kevelyn has been a driving force behind several game-changing initiatives and pivotal relationships and partnerships, including the company’s successful rebranding under the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program in 2021. She has disrupted the traditional brokerage model by viewing agents as the clients and constantly seeks innovative ways to empower agents for long-term success in the competitive Manhattan real estate market. She is known for tackling communication challenges, introducing cutting-edge technology platforms, and bridging the gap between older and younger generations of agents. Kevelyn’s keen ability to identify strengths in individuals and place them in roles where they can thrive has earned her a reputation as an inspirational leader.
Kevelyn’s leadership style fosters a supportive and fun work environment with an open-door policy that encourages employees at all levels to seek her advice, whether about work or personal matters. Her practical wisdom and honest guidance have been invaluable to many, driving them to do better and excel in their roles. Kevelyn also launched the New York City Committee of What Moves Her, a women’s advocacy initiative, to further elevate Coldwell Banker Warburg’s positive impact.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Warburg, Kevelyn started her career on Wall Street with a real estate investment firm over 20 years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mercy College and is a member of Chief, a private membership network dedicated to connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kevelyn resides in Westchester and enjoys spending quality time with her two kids, engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, gardening, and biking. Her well-rounded approach to life reflects her commitment to balance and fulfillment in both her personal and professional spheres.
