Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Kevelyn has spent her career inspiring agents and companies to reach their full potential. A native New Yorker, she is a strategic visionary whose prolific talent and charisma have made her a beloved and respected figure at Coldwell Banker Warburg since 2007.
As COO of Coldwell Banker Warburg, Kevelyn oversees all internal functions within the company. She manages a staff of 25 employees and over 100 agents across two offices, but her reach extends to accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, business systems, human resources, contract administration, office operations and corporate marketing.
Throughout her tenure at Coldwell Banker Warburg, Kevelyn has led several game-changing initiatives and stewarded some of the company’s most important relationships and partnerships, including the 2021 rebranding under the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. She flipped the brokerage model by viewing agents as the clients. She constantly dreams up new ways to set agents up for longstanding success in Manhattan real estate, whether it’s helping them tackle communications challenges, introducing new technology platforms or serving as a connector between older and younger generations of agents. She is particularly skilled at identifying people’s strengths and placing them into roles where she knows they will thrive. Her inspirational leadership drives everyone – from administrative staff to agents and upper management – to do better. Many of them say her open-door policy has cultivated a familial work atmosphere that’s supportive and fun yet allows them to be the most productive in their job. She is known for dispatching honest, practical wisdom to employees who come to her for advice – whether it’s for work or life.
Kevelyn started her career on Wall Street working for a real estate investment firm more than 20 years ago. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mercy College. She is a member of the REBNY Fellows Leadership Program and Chief, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
Kevelyn currently resides in Westchester and enjoys spending time with her two kids hiking, camping, gardening or biking.
