Prior to her real estate career, Maria established herself as a marketing powerhouse, rising to the position of a seasoned executive at HBO. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the iconic campaign, "It's Not TV. It's HBO." Her creative genius also contributed to the promotion of renowned shows like Sex and the City, The Sopranos, and Angels in America. Maria's exceptional skills led her to join the Brearley School Admissions team, where she excelled for many years.

Building on her expertise, Maria took on the role of Project Director for the Covid-19 Response Admissions Project, known as The T&E. This groundbreaking virtual assessment was administered to students seeking kindergarten placement in prestigious private schools across the city, showcasing Maria's commitment to education and innovation.

As an alumna of Princeton University, Maria remains actively engaged with her alma mater. Since 2011, she has been a valued member of the Executive Alumni, assuming the role of Treasurer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Maria serves as an Elected Alumni Representative of the Council of the Princeton University Community, further deepening her connection to the university and its vibrant network.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Maria is a fitness enthusiast who finds joy in running through Central Park, engaging in weight training, and practicing Pilates. Having resided in Manhattan for over three decades alongside her husband and three daughters, she has cultivated a profound love for New York City.
