Over the 8 years he has been a Warburg agent, he has sold 19th century town houses in Long Island City and Clinton Hill, modern and renovated duplexes, apartments and lofts in different parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Performing theatre in countless streets of Brooklyn as a young man, and acting on stage for decades all over town, turned out to be a useful basis for the almost encyclopedic information he has gathered about New York neighborhoods and streets.
