Mary has been negotiating and selling her entire career. She came to real estate following a stellar tenure in book publishing. As the former Director of International Publishing for Simon & Schuster, Inc., and as a literary agent who founded her own company in London and New York, Mary knows how to match the interests of multiple parties and bring those interests to a close.

Born and educated in the Midwest, Mary has traveled extensively in addition to living in England and the South of France. Even while living abroad, Mary never gave up her residence in New York. From homes on the Upper East Side, to a duplex at the Des Artistes, to a townhouse in the Village, Mary knows New York. She also knows what it means to buy, sell, and relocate internationally. Long an active shareholder in her lower Fifth Avenue co-op, Mary is very adept at helping both sellers and buyers through the co-op process. She speaks French fluently.
