It would be my pleasure to recommend The Abrams. My first interaction with them was in 2004 when my husband and I were looking to purchase a large apartment on the Upper East Side. We were very particular with all our criteria and not willing to compromise. Susan understood right away what we wanted and did not waste any of our time showing us apartments that did not meet most of our demands. She was very patient and affable during our long search process, met us to view our apartment during an open house which was full despite a major snowstorm, and right away there were 6 bids over ask. Knowing that we really wanted this space, Susan worked with the selling broker to ensure that our package and offer were the best while ensuring that we did not overpay. Her excellent negotiating skills and tenacity paid off as we are now in a beautiful apartment that is very desirable.
