Blake Zises is a real estate salesperson with the Blacker & Reed Team at Coldwell Banker Warburg, where she represents buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan. Known for her strategic approach, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Blake is committed to delivering exceptional service and guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with confidence.

Prior to real estate, Blake spent more than 13 years in television as a Director at Paramount Brand Studio, where she led award-winning campaigns for brands including American Express, Netflix, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, and Diageo. Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, she became known for her ability to remain calm under pressure, negotiate complex partnerships, and manage high-stakes projects with precision. Those same skills now enable her to advocate effectively for her clients and navigate even the most complex real estate transactions.

A lifelong New Yorker, Blake combines deep knowledge of the city's neighborhoods with firsthand experience renovating her own Manhattan co-op. She understands that buying or selling a home is both a financial and emotional decision and takes pride in providing thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Blake lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and two young children. She is a graduate of Boston University and enjoys traveling, discovering new music, and spending time with family and friends.
