Walking down the streets of NYC, she would wonder, gazing up at all the different buildings, “Who are the people who live there, and what are their stories?” She takes enormous pride in being a part of the real estate industry and helping New Yorkers navigate the often convoluted path to their dream home.
Evita’s clients can expect her to walk them through the process, from A-Z, preparing them for what to expect. Buying or renting an apartment in NYC can be very daunting and stressful, and her role is to absorb that stress and serve as her clients’ advisor and friend in whom they can trust. She has worked with clients ranging from those purchasing studio apartments to those listing multi-million-dollar properties. Evita is patient and genuinely wants the best for her clients, and is willing to put in effort and time until they find the home they truly love.
Prior to her career in real estate, she worked in PR, finance, fashion, and a tech startup, Evita has lived in several different neighborhoods in the city, with her all-time favorite being Tribeca. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, going on hikes and give back to the community by volunteering.
