Josue Gonzalez has deep roots in the real estate world. From a young age, he absorbed insights into the brokerage and business worlds as his family leads a top real estate team in the Chicagoland area.

Josue earned his degree in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His passion for New York City led him to Manhattan where he first worked at Lazard’s investment banking division (he was an analyst on multiple advisory teams, closing transactions totaling over $2 billion in asset value) before transitioning to corporate finance, working at Adore Me, a direct-to-consumer lingerie tech company.

However, he never lost his passion for real estate which now inspires his decision to move to the world of brokerage in New York City’s fast-paced residential real estate marketplace. Having worked from an early age with the Rosie Gonzalez Team in Chicago, a team with over 1,000 homes sold, Josue has assisted with numerous complex real estate transactions. His unwavering commitment to providing top-notch real estate service was inspired by his mother's success as the #1 agent in their hometown. With experience assisting a team managing over $35 million in residential sales volume and supporting top-tier investment banking professionals on billion-dollar transformative M&A deals, Josue understands the level of care, knowledge, communication, teamwork, and diligence required to close a successful transaction.
