A native North Carolinian and longtime New Yorker, Charles Holmes brings the graciousness of a true Southern gentleman to his accomplished real estate career. After three decades in global finance — managing the Global Equities division at Oppenheimer & Co. and later serving high-net-worth clients at GenSpring, a division of SunTrust Private Wealth Management — Charles transitioned his skills in relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation to New York real estate. Specializing in co-ops, condos, townhouses, and new development sales, he treats every transaction, large or small, with equal care and dedication. His philanthropic work includes serving as a trustee for the Hope Funds for Cancer Research, St. Bartholomew’s Conservancy, and Methodist University.

Evita’s passion for real estate began with a curiosity about the stories behind New York’s many homes and neighborhoods. She guides clients through every stage of buying, selling, or renting with patience, transparency, and genuine care. Drawing on her background in PR, finance, fashion, and tech, Evita blends creative problem-solving with a detail-oriented approach, making the often daunting NYC real estate process manageable and even enjoyable.
