In addition to overseeing and generating the team's sales and rental transactions, she leads the team’s operations, marketing, and client experience strategy with precision and a commitment to excellence.

Ashley made an immediate mark in the industry, earning the distinguished Real Estate Board of New York’s “Rental Deal of the Year” award during her first year in the business—an honor that speaks to her tireless advocacy, creative problem-solving, and unwavering client focus. Known for her integrity, persistence, and analytical mindset, Ashley pairs market intelligence with deep negotiation expertise to secure optimal results for buyers and sellers alike.

Originally from Connecticut, Ashley moved to New York City in 2010 to attend NYU and has called the city home ever since. Today, she splits her time between Manhattan and Connecticut with her husband Kendall, their daughter Poppy, and their beloved puppy, Penny. When she’s not negotiating deals or building client wealth, you’ll find her skiing, running through Central Park, scouting the city's hottest new restaurants, or planning her next adventure abroad.
