Real estate has always been part of Julia Heinrichs’ story. Growing up in a family whose business spanned generations, she was introduced to real estate long before realizing it would become her career. Some of Julia’s earliest memories are of coloring in her dad's office while listening to conversations about homes, clients, and the relationships that make this business so meaningful. Those experiences instilled not only a passion for real estate but also an appreciation for the trust that comes with helping people through some of life's biggest milestones.

Living in New York City was another dream Julia always knew she would fulfill. Drawn to its architecture, vibrant neighborhoods, and unmistakable energy, she now has the privilege of helping others find their place in the city she's always loved.

As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Luxury Property Specialist with Coldwell Banker Warburg, Julia works across sales, rentals, and marketing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the New York City market.
