Consistently ranked amongst Coldwell Banker Warburg’s top producers, Susan is a Licensed Associate Broker and represents private individuals and developers. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace and has been cited as a real estate expert by The New York Times, The New York Post, New York Magazine, Wall Street Journal and Forbes. She has also appeared on NBC’s luxury property show Open House.

Prior to joining Warburg Realty as a residential real estate broker, Susan practiced Real Estate Law. Her legal experience has proved to be a tremendous asset in negotiating the best possible terms for her clients.

Susan has served on the cooperative board of the Tower East building. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Susan resides on the Upper East Side with her husband Michael, who is also an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Warburg. Licensed as Susan Landau.
